We will be glad to offer our opinions based
on many years of experience concerning optimum
growing conditions for the plants we sell.
Often, a slight change in the environment
will greatly influence the growth of a plant.
Due to our system of digging and holding plant
material we are able to supply plants on a
year-round basis. We realize that many landscape
completion dates do not correspond to Spring
and Fall digging and have designed our operation
to meet your needs whenever the plants are
required. We strive to produce quality landscape
plants and invite our present and future customers
to come by and take a look at our operation.
We are pleased to have served our customers
for many years in the past and look forward
to serving you even better in the future as
we continue to expand and strive for excellence
in our nursery.

we request that you make an appointment to
ensure that someone will be available to show
you around.
Terms
Prices are F.O.B. Ray Bracken Nursery, Greenville,
SC First time customers will pay CASH with
order at time of purchase. For those customers
who maintain a record of prompt payment
or satisfactory references, we will gladly
arrange credit terms of net 30 days. All
accounts 30 days past due are subject to
a service charge of 2% per month (24% annum).
Guarantee
We guarantee our plant material to be properly
handled and in good health at the time of
sale. We also guarantee that all plant material
is true to name. We make every effort possible
to assure your shipment arrives in excellent
condition. However, we cannot be responsible
for failures due to conditions beyond our
control. The limits of our liability will
in no way exceed the original invoice value.
Claims
Any Claims or complaints must be made within
10 days in writing upon receipt of the shipment.
Any stock rejected must be brought to our
attention IMMEDIATELY and held for our advice
or disposition.
Delivery
Delivery is the responsibility of the purchaser.
However, delivery service is available from
private carriers. We will gladly make arrangements
following the customer's instructions. We
can usually provide drop shipments when
a full load is not required. All materials
travel at the risk of the purchaser. All
freight charges are due when the material
is delivered, payable to the carrier.
